Greenfleet has been speaking to The Age about the need for an appropriate forestry offset standard once Greenhouse Friendly is dismantled in June 2010.
A series of articles has been published in The Age (Melbourne), and partner papers the Sydney Morning Herald and the Brisbane Times over the past couple of days.
Below are links to the articles in The Age, with the Sydney and Brisbane articles copies of these:

While the sensational headlines are a little scary (thanks to the sub-editors for that one), you'll see that the articles explore the need for a relevant standard to ensure that carbon offset providers like Greenfleet can demonstrate credibility in the marketplace.
Greenfleet CEO, Sara Gipton is continuing to talk to the Department of Climate Change and other key stakeholders in the carbon offset industry to ensure a suitable standard is in place post-July 1, and rest assured - even if there is no standard available, Greenfleet will continue to operate according to the high standards already established to meet former Greenhouse Friendly approval.
