Marketing and digital specialists join the Greenfleet Board

Greenfleet is excited to announce the appointment of Alexis Denby, General Manager of Marketing at TAL, and Frank Farrall, Chief Strategy Officer at Deloitte Digital, to the Greenfleet Board.

According to Greenfleet’s Chairman, Gunther Jurkschat, Ms Denby and Mr Farrall’s expertise will complement the already robust board.

Alexis’s extensive career in marketing and customer engagement, and Frank’s outstanding expertise in digital strategies will help us steer Greenfleet’s ambitious agenda and reach our future growth plans,” Mr Jurkschat says.

Alexis Denby has been in Marketing & Sales for over 18 years. Starting her career in Sales at Telstra, she has experience in several facets of sales from Outbound Telemarketing to Sales Force Effectiveness. This is where she became a Direct Marketing expert. She lead some of the organisations largest BTL campaigns, including an ongoing Mobile Retention program which touched over 250K customers a month through integrated channels and personalised one-on-one communications.

After completing a Master of Business where she majored in Marketing and Environmental Sustainability, Alexis then joined GE to complete a Commercial Leadership Development program. Over the next two years Alexis lived in New Zealand, India and travelled to various countries whilst leading a credit card launch in NZ and enabling the transformation of GE Capital’s Digital function within the organisation. Specialising in Digital Marketing, Alexis spent two years helping GE Capital transform its Digital customer experience through Search, User Experience, personalised content strategies and lead generation programs.

The last four years of her career have been spent at the largest Life Insurer in Australia, TAL, with a mission to transform the business and modernise marketing functionality and operations. As the GM of Marketing, Alexis and her team manage acquisition and retention across B2B and B2C. She has been a driving force in the digital and automation transformation of the business, and driving return on Marketing investment.

Frank Farrall is the Asia-Pacific leader of Deloitte Digital and Chief Strategy Officer of Deloitte's Consulting Practice within Australia. In these roles, he is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of two of the fastest growing business units in Deloitte, which specialise in a suite of services from business advisory to creative design and technology delivery, assisting clients to embrace a digital future and create disruptive opportunities. He works together with board members, government leaders, and executives across the Asia-Pacific region to increase their capacity to navigate the evolving digital landscape and drive large scale, complex organisational change. Frank is passionate about helping clients better connect with customers and workers via digital technology as a critical part of delivering change.
