We are thrilled to share with you Greenfleet’s 2019 Impact Report. We’re so excited for you to read the stories, achievements and impact we were able to make last year.

In 2019, Greenfleet planted over 226,00 native, biodiverse trees in Australia and New Zealand. Over their lifetime, these trees will sequester 201,356 tonnes of CO2-e.

These efforts mean that we have now planted more than 9.4 million trees across more than 500 forests covering 9,106 hectares. In total, more than 3.4 million tonnes of carbon will be offset.

For Greenfleet, this is more than a report. It's a reflection of the work we can undertake with your continued and generous support.  Click here to read Greenfleet's 2019 Impact Report.

A word from our CEO

I am proud to present to you Greenfleet’s 2019 Impact Report, which shares our key achievements with you.

With the help of our supporters, partners, stakeholders and landholders, Greenfleet has made a significant impact on Australia’s landscape, environment and climate over the last 12 months.

In 2019, Greenfleet directly planted more than 226,000 native trees, which will be protected for up to 100 years. That makes over 9.4 million native trees planted over the life of our organisation.

We are devastated by the bushfires that have been burning across many parts of Australia in the 2019 - 2020 summer. However, in the face of this loss, we remain focused on long-term climate action and are committed to protecting our climate by capturing carbon emissions through our native reforestation projects.

We urge you to: • Reduce your environmental impact and carbon emissions where possible • Consider offsetting the emissions you can’t avoid • Advocate and vote for climate action at every opportunity. Greenfleet is looking forward to extending our practical work on the ground throughout 2020 and beyond. We hope you continue to join us in growing our forests and growing climate hope.
