Roger Perry is one of the region’s foremost productivity improvement and organisational design experts. He has been an Assignment Director and Steering Committee member on over 40 transformation programs. Roger also leads many of the Bevington Group’s transformation strategy assignments.
Roger is an experienced Company Director having sat on the Boards of a range of companies including E*TRADE Australia, ANZ International Ltd (Singapore), Greenfleet, and Bevington Consulting Pty Ltd. Roger also serves on advisory bodies such as the Victorian Government’s transformation program for public hospital processes. Roger is also very active contributor to Australia’s charitable sector as the Chair of the World Vision Business Advisory Councils.
Joan 20 years’ experience as a non-executive director spans across a range of industry sectors. Her objective is to be a positive influence for improvement and growth in each organisation and her primary areas of focus are strategy, risk, governance and capability.
Joan has more than 40 years commercial business experience and is a Fellow of the AICD. She is an experienced change management leader and has consistently delivered successful business results including strong people engagement. A qualified barrister, she has spent most of her working life managing commercial and manufacturing businesses and people. She joined the insurance industry in 1992 in London; and completed 16 years as CEO and Director of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance in December 2013. Joan is a Fellow of ANZIIF, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently a non-executive director for several organisations.
Chris Balfour is an executive leader with a global consultancy specialising in policy development, strategy, and program delivery. Â Chris brings extensive experience across Australian Government (Federal, State, and Local) with proven expertise in strategic business case development and program implementation, organisational transformation and cultural change management, government investment management and benefits realisation, and cross-sector collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Chris' portfolio of expertise encompasses sustainability, regulation, emergency management, disaster recovery, and community safety initiatives. With an Executive Masters in Public Administration, Chris leverages his government experience to influence meaningful outcomes in his role on Greenfleet's Business Advisory Council.
Chris is the Head of Information Security and Risk at Kiandra IT, where he is responsible for managing cybersecurity and information security, maintaining ongoing security certifications, and ensuring Kiandra delivers solutions that address modern security threats.
Previously, as the Director of Technology Services, he was responsible for IT service delivery to some of Australia’s best-known organisations. Chris's focus is on integrating cybersecurity and artificial intelligence within software development to enhance security and innovation.
He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in both Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence at Deakin University.
Tony is an experienced director, advisor, and senior executive leader, with over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles in Australia and overseas. Tony’s learnings are drawn from deep experience across listed multinationals, medium to large private organisations, NFP’s, government enterprises, and professional services. A former senior executive in financial services, in investment banking and an experienced strategy and operational improvement consultant. He is currently a leader with Rivor Advisory, focusing on assisting organisations to design and execute major change and improvement initiatives.
Tony holds a Company Directors Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an MBA from Melbourne Business School and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Satya is a strategy and transformation executive with over 19 years of experience in developing business strategies and leading large-scale complex transformations in Banking, Insurance and FMCG industries.
Satya has strong expertise in leading end-to-end transformation agendas – from formulating strategy through to successful design, delivery and embedment of change; built over the years through leadership roles held in large scale private and public-sector organisations.
As a passionate advocate for person-centric approach to strategic transformation; Satya strongly believes that the key to sustainable change is the dynamic leadership that brings people with it. As an experienced corporate strategy and transformation executive Satya have a track record of bringing success to strategic organizational priorities
Philip Gentry is a seasoned leader with extensive experience across financial services, energy, international trade, agribusiness, property, commodities, and logistics. He currently serves as the Chair of the Subsidiaries Board Audit Committee for EQT Holdings Limited.
Key executive roles include serving as CFO and COO of EQT Holdings Ltd, Managing Director of Agrium Asia Pacific, and CFO of AWB. At ANZ Bank, Philip held senior positions in Corporate Banking, Strategic Development, Investor Relations, and was the Global Head of Commodity and Trade Finance.
As the inaugural Chair of Scheme Financial Vehicle (SFV), Philip was instrumental in the establishment of SFV as the main contract counterparty and financial intermediary for the NSW Energy Roadmap.
