Friday 27 May marks the start of National Reconciliation Week for 2022. This year’s theme centres around the statement “Be Brave, Make Change”. This week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared history and to understand how we can take steps towards achieving effective reconciliation in our country.
Celebrated each year on June 5, World Environment Day acknowledges the importance of protecting our environment. It’s a day that is significant to us, because Greenfleet has been focused on protecting and restoring our environment for 25 years.
The latest IPCC report told us that we may be running out of time to keep global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius. But we must not let news like this make us feel that the negative impacts of climate change can’t be fought now and into the future.
